Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy aims to inform how the Institute for Market Economics processes personal data as an administrator.

Through this Policy we declare our commitment as a registered administrator of personal data, which we apply in full compliance with the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) in the European Union. On May 25, 2018, new rules for the implementation of the GDPR came into force. Its aim is to harmonize the policies of the EU Member States regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal data. Its rules guarantee the right of every individual to privacy and protected personal data. The GDPR has been developed in accordance with the measures against misuse of personal information of each of us.

The IME, in its capacity as an administrator of personal data, stores personal data that is provided voluntarily through direct communication, through the official websites owned by the IME, and by virtue of mutually agreed commitments. The main communication channel is the e-mail. The IME periodically sends a Weekly Bulletin “Economic Policy Review” with up-to-date comments and results of surveys and analyses. The data required to send this newsletter is an e-mail that is submitted voluntarily by anyone who wants to receive the newsletter (via a subscription button on the website). At any time, the recipient of the newsletter can unsubscribe from the mailing list to which he has subscribed. The IME does not provide the personal data it uses for its information purposes to third parties. The recipient of information may unsubscribe at any time. The IME reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. For direct contact and questions: [email protected].
