Institute for Market Economics IME and the Media

IME is the only Bulgarian economic think-tank in the country which leads a special weekly 50 minutes Business Show. The title of the show is Live Money and it is broadcast by Darik-Radio, the most popular private radio-station in the country.

In the period 1996-1998 IME has

• published 135 articles in the major press, those in the IME Newsletter are not counted,
• also IME staff-members appeared 169 times in the different TV and radio programs.

For the same period IME was quoted 124 times by Reuters, BBC, Business Central Europe, Central European, Bloomberg Business News, New Europe-Athens, Politika-Warsaw, Neuer Zuricher Zeitung, Guardian and Gazeta Wyborcza.
