Milton Friedman and the freedom of choice

On July 31, 2013 IME joined the „Friedman Legacy for Freedom Day 2013” worldwide initiative and organized a special event, dedicated to the 101th Anniversary of the popular and influential economist Milton Friedman.

The event gathered friends of the Institute, sharing and promoting the ideas of individual and economic freedoms. Different aspects of Friedman’s work were presented by former IME’s researcher Georgi Stoev and current senior economist Peter Ganev, after which informal discussions on the legacy of the renowned economist followed.
